A productive fig that produces two crops per year of medium-sized green to yellow skinned fruit with a light pink to amber flesh. It has an exceptionally sweet flavor whether eaten fresh, canned or dried. Kadota figs thrive in arid desert conditions and are one of the most commonly grown varieties.
