A product of King x Louden made in 1920, this summer bearing variety is from Minnesota. Very hardy and suitable for colder climates. Less susceptible to viruses than some other cultivars. Vigorous with few spines and moderately productive. Small red fruit has good color, crumbly texture with fair flavor. Fruit ripens mid-season and over a long period of time.
